powerful it winds your system down it’s so healthy for you lowering your blood pressure lowering your heart rate lowering your respiration taking away cortisol and stress lowering adrenaline because the parasympathetic nervous system is to rest and digest this will really wind you down help you relax help you get to sleep and take away all that stress and remember after a minute you’ll switch sides put on the other side for another minute and you are going to see changes but I do recommend that you do this regularly you
