Vegetable Roastie

Ingredients:

  1.  1 cup boiled potatoes
  2.  Salt to taste
  3.  1/2 tbs black pepper
  4.  1/2 tbs red chilli powder
  5.  1 cup milk
  6.  chopped veggies as u prefer
  7.  1/2 tbs baking powder
  8. 1 cup wheat flour
  9.  oil

Instructions:

  1. The following ingredients should be added: potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and milk. Blend everything together until it is completely incorporated.
  2. You may add chopped vegetables of your choice, and then stir in with baking powder. The dough should be sticky and soft after you have added one cup of wheat flour and well mixed it. Lightly coat the pan with oil.
  3. On your hands, apply some oil. create a circular form, and then make it. Fry each sides for four to five minutes, or until they are golden brown.
    To be served.

Tips:

1. Choose the right vegetables: Select a variety of colorful vegetables that roast well, such as Brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes, and cauliflower.
2. Cut vegetables uniformly: Cut vegetables into similar-sized pieces to ensure even roasting.
3. Toss with oil and seasoning: Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper before roasting to bring out natural flavors.
4. Roast at high heat: Roast at 425°F (220°C) or higher to achieve caramelization and crispy edges.
5. Don’t overcrowd: Spread vegetables in a single layer to allow for even roasting and air circulation.
6. Shake the pan: Shake the pan halfway through roasting to redistribute vegetables and promote even browning.
7. Add aromatics: Add onions, garlic, or herbs to the pan for added flavor.

Tricks:

1. Pre-roast prep: Preheat the pan in the oven before adding vegetables for a crispy start.
2. Acidity boost: Add a squeeze of lemon juice or vinegar to enhance flavors.
3. Spice it up: Add red pepper flakes or chili powder for a spicy kick.
