Vegetable Roastie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- 1/2 tbs red chilli powder
- 1 cup milk
- chopped veggies as u prefer
- 1/2 tbs baking powder
- 1 cup wheat flour
- oil
Instructions:
- The following ingredients should be added: potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and milk. Blend everything together until it is completely incorporated.
- You may add chopped vegetables of your choice, and then stir in with baking powder. The dough should be sticky and soft after you have added one cup of wheat flour and well mixed it. Lightly coat the pan with oil.
- On your hands, apply some oil. create a circular form, and then make it. Fry each sides for four to five minutes, or until they are golden brown.
